The place between being awake and asleep.
We've all been there in a limbo between two states of conciousness. Thats usually where the best ideas come from. Sadly it only lasts for a few minutes this floating around in an unknown state of mind without a care or worry in the world.
This reminds me of what a Buddhist monk from my trip to Japan said that when you meditate your eyes are suppose to be not closed nor open but in between. That way you are not asleep nor fully awake. Thats why if you look closely many buddha statues have theirs eyes a bit open. Apparently that way the buddha is both in this world and in the spiritual world.
So the next time before you wake up and rush to start your day just enjoy floating where ever the place in between your sleep and wakefulness is.
Atleast thats my way of seeing it :)
